How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Generally, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with shipping times ranging from 3-7 days.

How Do I place an Order?
To place an order, simply select and add to cart your preferred Snow Globe cup, pick a glitter color, choose and add to cart your desired decal, and optionally add a colorful lid and colorful straw. Then, proceed to checkout and complete your purchase. You can also purchase premade cups in the premade collection. All cups include bamboo lid and glass straw. Available to purchase acrylic lid and/or color glass straw.
How do i care for my snow globe cup?
To ensure the longevity of your cup, we recommend hand washing only. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, putting the cup in the dishwasher and extremely hot liquids. See care instructions included in your cup package.
